Here is a "HONDA VTR1000 SP" custom by Webike community user "Max K". The owner of this Honda VTR1000SP chose this bike because he heard it was notoriously difficult to ride and wanted to take on the challenge. Let’s take a look at the customizations he made. The exhaust is a K-FACTORY Slip-on Silencer Dual Exhaust with a beautiful blue heat color. This powerful dual exhaust perfectly matches the bike’s body, further enhancing its style. The disc rotors are from the trusted brand Brembo, specially developed to provide maximum performance on both street and track, offering exceptional braking power and control, while also improving handling. For the master cylinder, a NISSIN vertical radial master cylinder was chosen for its direct operational feel. For the steering damper, the owner selected Matris, which boasts ultra-high precision with the use of machine cutting and features a titanium-coated stainless steel shaft. High-pressure nitrogen gas is sealed inside the reservoir tank to increase the internal pressure within the cylinder body, preventing air bubbles in the oil even under intense conditions like racing. This ensures excellent durability and maintains the damper’s initial performance. The rear sprocket is equipped with a SUNSTAR Rear Sprocket, which is made of ultra duralumin (A7075) material that boasts excellent hardness and durability. While ensuring sufficient strength, the bold cutting process greatly contributes to the reduction of unsprung weight. The champagne gold color is not too flashy and not too plain, but just the right color for a cool look around the rear of the bike. The chain installed is the DID ZVM-X series, known for its high performance and long lifespan, also used for racing. To boost engine performance, a DENSO Iridium Power plug is used. The superior ignition power of iridium improves the bike’s acceleration and fuel efficiency. The rear suspension is by OHLINS, and provides excellent ride quality due to high machining precision and high-quality materials.
