@JUS_MOTO's MONKEY125
Webike Official Partners have come together with Webike Japan to create the world's greatest "Riders' Connection". Here is a "HONDA MONKEY125" custom by Webike Official Partner "@JUS_MOTO".
Handle
The handlebar area uses ZETA products throughout, giving it an off-road bike feel. The ZETA brand products installed include the handlebar, windshield, Armor Handguards, XC-PRO Protector, optional bumper, optional slider, comp bar pad, and more. KITACO's Super Throttle Pipe has been installed and the grips changed to ODI Waffle Grips. The mirrors are KIWAV's Ojo 3-inch mirrors, and the mobile phone holder is mounted using QUADLOCK's mount and charging head. Underneath the handlebars an OHLINS Steering Damper is also equipped.
The master cylinder has been change to a 15RCS from Brembo. With the change in master cylinder, an additional mirror holder needed to be installed, so CF POSH was chosen. In addition, the brake lever was replaced with one by ZETA. The fluid tank is a RIZOMA product, and the brake hoses are SWAGE-LINE.
The gauges have been upgraded to a Super Multi TFT Meter from SP Takegawa which provides a lot of information while riding, with good visibility too.
Electrical
For electrical parts, a KITACO Power Output Harness is mounted inside the headlight cover to connect the power source of the fog lamp. The horn position was transferred to the left side with a KIJIMA Horn Bracket Kit and the horn replaced with a PIAA Sports Horn. An OPMID Dr. Lamp Turn Signal Position Kit was installed to reverse the position light at the front. The ignition coil has been changed to SP Takegawa's Hyper Ignition Coil, and the NOLOGY Hotwire Spark Plug Cable added with an NGK Cable Joint.
The Monkey switchbox does not have an emergency light or a pass, so it has been converted into a Honda OEM (presumably a CBR650) Switchbox to make it functional. Power was insufficient due to the addition of the fog light, cell phone charging, and position lamps. After much consideration, it was reinforced with a LiFePO4 6Ah battery sourced locally with satisfactory results.
Bodyworks
The seat is currently stock. The owner tried out 3 or 4 other seats, including ones by KITACO, G-Craft, and K-SPEED, but is satisfied with the original seat for now; though he is on the lookout for a new option.
The bike is equipped with a headlight guard and crash bar from Motion J. They give a tough pipe-shaped feel and were chosen because they match the surrounding ZETA parts. The installation of a G-Craft CNC Headlight Bracket and OUTEX Stem Stabilizer give it a solid sense of unity, and a PIAA Fog Lamp has been equipped on the crash bar.
A Fender Extension by UNIT GARAGE has been attached to the front fender and the addition of a front emergency belt by ACERBIS gives the bike an off-road feel.
The rear is equipped with a KITACO Fender Eliminator Kit and the brake lamp sports a G-Craft cover. A G-Craft grab bar has also been added, as well as a Side Bag Support by SP Takegawa with a LoneRider 6L Side Mini Bag and UNIT GARAGE Wax Suede Tool Bag mounted to it.
After installing a Tank Rack by REVOLUTION it was combined with the Legend Gear LT1 Tank Bag from SW-MOTECH.
At the bottom of the engine, SP Takegawa's Engine Guard Kit was installed to give it a tough feel and the left side is equipped with a side cover from PIRANHA. The front stand hook and rear suspension spool are by G-Craft.
Engine
While sticking to the original engine power, performance is improved with a KITACO Reinforced Clutch Lift + SP Takegawa Reinforced Oil Pump and an additional breather system. The hoses were found and installed to match the size of the SP Takegawa parts used, and the filter is equipped with Neofactory and POSH products.
The engine exterior is given a unified look with the Nitro Billet Bridge Heat Sink by Chimera Engineering along with the Tapet Fin Cover and Camshaft Cover by G-Craft. A KITACO Crankcase Guard and OVER Racing Clutch Cover, as well as an OPMID CNC Temperature Sensor/O2 Sensor Guard Set are also installed. An ENDURANCE Oil Catch Tank Set is also equipped, connected to a TERAMOTO T-REVmini, and combined with the intake.
The oil cooler is a product of MORIN RACING. It was installed as a kit that is used after removing the stock filter box. After changing to an open intake filter, the empty space is a perfect location which makes the oil cooler feel like it is a stock part.
Intake & Exhaust
The intake is equipped with an air intake system from Chimera Engineering and a waterproof filter from Sprint Filter.
The exhaust is a scrambler exhaust from SP Takegawa. Later, a manifold was specially ordered from MUTE TITANIUM and changed to titanium. The side cover behind the exhaust is by BEAMS. It is originally for use with a low-mount exhaust, but the owner didn't like the bare look with the high-mount either, so he decided to use it to cover up what was behind the exhaust.
Chassis
The aluminum swingarm is from Dproject FACTORY and is 1.5cm longer than stock.
The brakes are equipped with a Brembo P2 caliper, and the caliper support is from OVER Racing. The disc was changed to a wave disc rotor from K-SPEED and finished with titanium bolts made specifically for Brembo parts by a Korean company. The stock front brake hose guard feels like a thin wire, so it was changed to a CNC guard from Moritech.
The wheels are equipped with MOS Forged Aluminum Alloy Rims. A KITACO Hollow Axle was used for the front axle and a titanium axle from a Korean company was used for the rear. The valve has also been replaced with a CNC valve by G-PRO.
The front and rear are equipped with OHLINS suspensions. The front uses an OHLINS Fork Damping Kit and in order to unify the overall color, a black edition limited to the United States was purchased and equipped for the rear.
The steps have been changed to ZETA footpegs and are equipped with adjustable brake and shift pedals by REVOLUTION. A Heel Plate Pad from SSK has been installed and a G-Craft Spindle Holder and KITACO Shift Link have also been added.
A KITACO 14T drive sprocket and XAM 38T lightweight rear sprocket have been installed. The front sprocket cover has been changed to an open cover from Moritech, and since it is open, the drive sprocket was finished with a titanium fixing plate and bolts for added visual effect. The nut on the rear sprocket has been changed to a black colored titanium nut from RISE CORPORATION. The chain is RK's Black Scale Series 420MRU to match the overall black color scheme and the chain cover is G-Craft's Type 2.
