Mecha'dock's CBX1000

Mecha'dock's CBX, with a new ignition system Uotani SP2, 6-cylinder FCR carburetor by BITO R&D, and a titanium silencer by ZIN WORKS. The rest of the engine, including the DOHC 2-valve parallel 6-cylinder engine, is in stock condition.

Often the problem is that even when an old bike is restored while maintaining the stock style, it never seems to get back in shape. Mecha'dock is doing well with this approach. ZIN WORKS Silencer is recommended by them, as it makes power more stable in low and mid range, and the response and performance are excellent. Refer to this Mecha'dock's idea that important parts should be always selective to make the bike even better.

Handle

Clip-on handlebars, gauges, and front brake master are CBX1000 stock. DAYTONA Aqua Prover, an oil temperature gauge, is added to the left side.

Bodyworks

The exterior and seat, which are red with black lines on the top surface and golden stripes, are also stock.

Engine

1047cc air-cooled DOHC 4-valve in-line 6-cylinder engine has stock specs, but the newer ignition system UOTANI SP2 and replaced intake and exhaust systems make it more energetic. An OVER engine guard is also installed.

Intake & Exhaust

FCR Φ33mm carburetor by BITO R&D. The three cylinders on each side are arranged in series, and then arranged in a V-shape.

ZIN WORKS 6-2-1 full titanium exhaust system is a key component of this bike. The layout is exquisite. With better response in low and mid range, it provides a good accelerating performance.

Chassis

Φ35mm front forks are air-pressurized. Both front and rear brakes retain with NISSIN one-sided calipers and solid discs, but they are maintained in the same manner as the engine to provide the necessary braking power.

ZIN WORKS titanium exhaust system has a 6-2-1 collection, that leads to a right-sided megaphone silencer. The round pipe swingarm and other chassis parts are almost retained.

Rear shocks are changed to an aftermarket preload adjustment type. Comstar wheels are stock, 2.15-19 for the front and 2.50-18 rear. Drive chain is DID.
