TTR MOTORS's CB750F

This bike was originally a demo using TTR MOTOR original parts, but they aimed to make it cafe racer style in order to expand the range of customization. The custom is based on an '80 CB750F (A).

TTR MOTOR already had the technical capabilities to restore and customize old bikes. However, they had a hard time not only removing parts but also attaching them. They used a car headlight, which is rarely seen in the custom bikes, and placed the steering damper vertically along the front forks.

Electrical

The headlight is car use product, and the meter is a small, separate type. The mirrors are bar-end type to reduce the overall height of the bike.

Handle

The Φ35mm front forks and steering stem are retained. A steering damper attached on the right side, parallel to the front forks, also provides damping assistance.

TTR MOTOR original and popular AKUOS clip-ons are installed. The blinkers are also small.

Engine

The engine is stock that has been upgraded with TTR MOTOR easy clutch kit and brass cam covers. The carburetor is a modified KZ1000 OEM carburetor.

Bodyworks

The single seat design distinguishes the tail. The LED tail light and blinkers are mounted along the tailpipe.

The fuel tank is made of aluminum, with its solid surface kept intact. It is a modified version of the Doremi Collection CB1100 exterior kit type-R.

Intake & Exhaust

The titanium 4-1 exhaust system is by J's motorcycle, and the wheels are black painted CB750FB's Comstar type.

Chassis

The front and rear wheels and swingarm are CB750FB's stock parts, and in keeping with the bobber style, its license plate bracket is extended from the swingarm.

The front brake lines are now made of stainless steel mesh. Except for the CB750FA brake calipers, the CB750FB is stock, but the black coloring gives it a different impression.

The step section is also retained, but the base plate has been matte blackened to give the rubber parts the standard bobber look.
