Here is a "HONDA CB1100" custom by Webike community user "CUBE". The owner began customizing this bike wanting to build a café racer. First of all, he replaced the pipe handlebar with HURRICANE's Inspire Clip-on Handlebar Kit. This kit can be installed without removing the top bridge and with the stock cables and brake hose as is, making it a quick and easy way to convert to clip-on handlebars. Despite being clip-ons, these handlebars do not create an aggressive posture, so they are recommended for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of a café racer without hurting their backs. Next, he replaced the stock mirrors with a bar-end type, giving the CB1100 a sleeker shape. Even though the size is small, the owner comments that, being convex mirrors, they provide a wider field of vision than would be expected from the surface area.

Satisfied with the handlebar area, he then began to work on the exterior, installing a Sport Trunk Seat and Rear Short Fender from CHIC DESIGN. This trunk seat is a single seat ideal for the cafe racer style, and the cowl portion is a lockable trunk which can be used to store raincoats, towels, etc. This storage space is perfect for the owner, who enjoys day-touring. He is also very pleased with the comfort of the seat.

The final touch was to install a rocket cowl, which was the owner's dream. After searching for a cowl that did not require welding, he settled on a Z900RS cowl made by American Dream. It required some ingenuity, and the handlebars had to be replaced, but he was able to install it on his CB1100 and is very happy with the results. Although the position is a little tighter, he was able to create the look he had always wanted and is surely enjoying motorcycle life today with his dream café racer.
