SUZUKI DR-Z400SM Custom
Japanese Custom Culture
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "SUZUKI DR-Z400SM" custom by Webike community user "Inufuku online". The DR-Z400SM was based on DR-Z400S and released as a Supermoto. It is extremely light for a 400㏄ bike, and an easy-to-handle, high-performance machine. Its black painted design makes the bike stand out from the crowd. The exhaust is replaced with a Delta Barrel 4. With the torque head pipe installed, an improvement in exhaust efficiency can be expected. However, It's noise is incredibly loud, so a low-noise restrictor was installed to reduce it. For ease of riding, the owner has changed the clutch perch made by ZETA, Frando radial brake master to improve the operability. The stock wheels were replaced with Gale Speed forged aluminum Type-R series, the same 17-inch wheels but lighter and with increased rigidity. In addition, various other customizations have been made to protect the bike, from frame sliders to fender cover. This DR-Z400SM shows how much the owner cares for his bike.
