I just got and installed this, and boy was it different. First you have to think about the exhaust screws and how to get them off; they were on super tight and had to get a allen wrench ratchet just to remove the exhaust pipe. The engine guard went on really easy after that and had no problem. Just one more thing,. you will probably need a couple different types of hex sided allen wrenche, the long kind and the one that has a socket end on it, to do this job since the new bolts are innies and not outies.View Detail

It would help if I could read Japanese, but the diagram was pretty clear. In order to get out the top bolt, I had to drop the exhaust pipe. When I installed the guards, I put the bolts in the other way (the bars come with new bolts and washers - reuse the original nuts). Once the old bolts were out, the bars went on quickly and easily. Once I drop the bike, I will update the review with how well they work. I hope that is a long time coming. I am happy with the guards.View Detail
I use the OEM Bolts for installation, but when I tighten them normally, they are in the exhaust pipe Interference
I added a collar and tightened it up
I wanted the Bolt in separatelyView Detail

At the beginning we started working on the usual twelve-sided Socket wrench, but since I felt like losing Nut reliably and feeling like it would be difficult to do anything, I purchased six socket wrench and it was installed without problem, 6 mm more It is better to have a Hexagon socket as well, the problem that Bolt can not come out unless you remove the Exhaust System is to cut the head of Bolt with a steel saw and pull it out to the other side.
The appearance after installation is very satisfactory, the performance as Engine Guard is too small and I can not expect much effect, I think that it is probably better than nothing I put on to avoid getting caught when standing mossed.

When attaching to a main part, it is useless if an exhaust pipe is not removed.
If right-hand side is attached and it tries to let left-hand side components pass in a bolt, a hole does not suit.
It became a form
It purchases for a dress-up up.
