For a 50/50 On/Off Dual Purpose road tyre it does quite well off road. I find it is lacking a bit then riding fast on tarseal, and have had it squirm on me. As to be expected of a knobby type tyre caution is need in wet, but they still grip well. Reason for 3 stars was mainly because of price / longevity. Have done 1500km and are half worn, will have to rotate tyre on rim to get the max life out of these. Mostly road riding about 30-40% Sand/Gravel/Dirt.View Detail

For an 50/50 Off/On road tyre they do do quite well off road. I find the on road ability lacking a bit though, and have had this rear tyre step out or squirm on me when going fast on a dry road. Have to be a bit careful on wet road, but they are knobblies at the end of the day so is to be expected. Have given them 3 stars mainly because of price and longevity. My DRZ250 is prone to sparkplug fouling, as I do lots of short trips and idling. The NGK iridium sparkplug is good at resisting fouling compared to a standard NGK plug. Have also noticed it idles cleaner and more evenly now.View Detail

About quality and texture - The CR9E spark plug from NGK is a standard resister plug with a heat rating of 9, made using high quality processes and materials.About the feeling of use - Having a different styled base then the original spark plug was what I needed to resolve my problem, I found the original spark plug would no longer full seat due to the step on the base and a migrated thread in the head. Changing to a spark plug with the same reach but a fully threaded base was the easiest way to over come this issue.Products to buy together - With the spark plug being a regular service item, key products to purchase when carrying out maintenance on my motorcycle would be crush washers, gaskets and the like as these products are cheap and convenient to have on hand.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the CR9E spark plug is an simple task that took 0.2 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to firstly check the gap between the center electrode and the ground electrode and then install the spark plug onto the cylinder head.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products NGK sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the CR9E spark plug is no different.About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the CR9E spark plug, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date.
