This was a fuel tap tube for the Ninja ZX-6R which was staring to deteriorate due to age I imagine. This bike is over 20 years old so at some point, these things do start to go. Finding the right part was super easy by referencing Kawasaki schematics. The price for this was really great value and a lot less than could be sourced locally. I had some other parts for other bikes in the garage and got them all shipped together vis EMS. My orders always are shipped using this courier as I trust them with all my parts and also, they get them to me quickly. The tube is a really nice part, it a;lready has the nice smooth bends done for you so it really is a case of plug and play and job is done. If aligned on the lug, then the axle hole approx 10mm higher than it should be and about 5mm to far back. Two of the bulbs had decided to die on the dashboard which was a little worrying. It was only found by accident when we were doing some electrical work on teh NINJA ZX-6R 2002. Nothing too major and it was only to ight up the dash but it could have been a bulb for something a lot more important. Luckily, we found it when we did. The aprt was not hard to find using the tools Webike provide in their help pages and links to big manufacturers websites. Nice little cheap bulb and well worth the effort in finding it. Shipped with other parts and arrived in 5 days from shipping. The bulb is pretty bright for such a low wattage bulb. The problem was gettting all the dash back together which was a bit fiddly. Anyway, all done and pleased with outcome. One less thing to worry about. Great work Webike.View Detail

I had an issue with 2 of the small bulbs in the rear of the dashboard that stopped working on the NINJA ZX-6R 2002. Turns out they were burnt and needed replacing. I was unsire of which bulbs they were so I got the 2 different ones to make sure. Nice little cheap bulbs and well worth the effort in finding them. For this price from Webike, it was not a big concern if these were the wrong ones. I had these and some other parts shippedvia EMS and arrived in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse. The bulb is pretty bright for such a low wattage bulb. The problem was gettting all the dash back together which was a bit fiddly. Anyway, all done and pleased with outcome. I looked into an Alarm issue with my bike.It turns out that the Kawasaki system is playing up.I find if it touch the key onto the antenna around the ignition barrel the bike starts up fine.Replaced with this product now working perfectly, thank you.View Detail

Time for the second part of the build with the new clutch steel plates complete this part of the overhaul. This order was for the steel clutch plates, I purchased the full set of these for the NINJA ZX-6R 2021. I was very pleased to see that Webike could actually get these for me. The price was really good and for the set was far better than I could source locally here in the UK. The other friction plates were already in my basket along with the new springs and this meant ordering them all together actually cut down on the shipping per item. I do use EMS for the delivery as they just get the order delivered quickly. Arrived in less than a week. All the plates were packed really well and extra bubble wrap was added to the box to fill any space. Everything arrived in one piece with zero damage. No point in trying to save money and getting after market clutch plates as they don't last as long as OEM ones. The plates had a nice sharp but not dangerous machining on them and very precise and perfectly to the tolerances on the manual. I always add a little oil before fitting the steel plates as it just makes things easier. Fitted really well and pretty quickly, ready for the season. Thanks Webike, great job.View Detail

This was one of those jobs that was desparately wanted doing as this clutch has been needing attention for quite a while now. Time for the new clutch plates to sort it out completely. This order was for the friction plates, I purchased the full set of these along with the steel plates and springs for the full overhaul. As I already had a few other parts in my basket waiting to checkout, this cut down the shipping and spread it across all the parts. All arrived in tact and perfect condition in less than a week via EMS fast service. Webike packed all my items out securely and with some additional bubble wrap. 100% perfect when I got them. Not really bought many clutch plates for this model Kawasaki but when I do, I always go for the genuine ones which I know will work exactly as they should. At this price, it would be foolish not to buy genuine. The tolerances for each plate was the same as the specs in the manual. There was no oiliness or contaminants so these were good to fit. You do not have to soak these friction plates but adding a little oil to the other steel plates is a good idea. Fitted pretty easily and quickly and now ready for the season ahead. The bike had been in a small accident which resulted in the crank case cover getting damaged. I found the correct part number by using the tools available from Webike help section. The part was pretty easy to find that way. Webike's price for this part was very good value. A lot lower than I could source locally here in the UK. With some other parts in my basket and shipped by EMS all arrived in 5 days.EMS are good value, very fast in delivering and better than some other couriers. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit and fill any space with bubble wrap and air pockets so nothing can be bounced about in transit. All arrived at my door perfectly. The crank case cover is a good piece of manufacturing. The threads are really neat and not sharp with burrs or unfinished. The paint on it is a perfect match to the one being replaced, it is a nice factory Kawasaki bronze colour, this is really a stunning case and looks fantastic once fitted. It truly does look awesome. Didn't take too long to fit, pretty straightforward, just eveything in reverse really. This is a crank case cover gasket. Also I had to change the actual crank case for this too so a new gasket was a good purchase. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Kawasaki parts, the shipping worked out to be brilliant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new crank case, that is one more thing finished off.
