The action of the torque cam is opposed by the force of the clutch center spring and the friction of the drive belt, and it spreads while twisting in the opposite direction of the belt rotation.The larger the frictional force of the belt (the larger the twist angle), the slower the gear shift operation from the low speed range to the high speed range.On the contrary, the shifting operation from the high speed range to the low speed range becomes faster. By changing the size of the torsion angle and the shape of the slit, you can select the gear shifting characteristics that match the tuning level of your bike.
