■S Stage Big Bore Kit 181cc This is a big bore kit which can change the displacement from stock 124cc to 181cc by changing the cylinder and piston. The cylinder is an all aluminum ceramic cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation.The surface of the cylinder is painted black like the stock. The cylinder body is equipped with an oil outlet to the oil cooler. The pistons included in the kit are available in two types: "standard" for high-octane gasoline and eco for regular gasoline. The eco has a compression ratio of 10.5: 1, which allows the use of regular gasoline, thus reducing fuel costs. Cast pistons are used for both standard and eco. By installing the SP Takegawa exhaust at the same time, the power output can be further increased. We also recommend installing SP Takegawa items such as Super Oil Pump, DAI-HARD α Cam Chain at the same time.
■Sports Camshaft With the optimum profile to maximize the performance of the stock cylinder head, the output performance in the high RPM range will be improved even when installed on the stock engine. When the decompression parts are removed from the stock camshaft and assembled to the sports camshaft, it becomes an auto decompression mechanism.
■Big throttle body kit (with connecting tube) (for stock cylinder head) It maximizes the performance of the stock cylinder head and achieves high output.You can enjoy the engine characteristic which turns without stress to the high RPM range. ■FI CON2 (Injection Controller for big throttle bodies) This is our original injection controller, which can be easily changed by switching the rotary switch on the main unit, without the need for troublesome data input by PC. The system is equipped with high-capacity injectors and a variety of 3-dimensional correction maps that are set up for the simultaneous installation of a big throttle body and our custom parts, and can be set according to the bike specifications.In addition, the built-in correction map can be fine-tuned by using the rotary switch on the main unit. The rev limit is also set at 11500 rpm, which is higher than the stock ECU. The FI Controller 2 comes with a dedicated harness COMP. and can be installed with minimal wiring modifications.
