[6-disc reinforced clutch (slipper clutch)] ●Change of clutch unit By changing the crankshaft from a stock crankshaft (primary side) to a transmission mainshaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced and the crankshaft shaft weight can be reduced, resulting in a lighter throttle response.
●6-disc specification By reducing the diameter of the rotating parts such as the clutch outer, the response is further improved and the weight of the rotating mass is reduced by approximately 12%, enabling the engine power to be transmitted without waste. The 6-disc design is achieved by using 5 Kevlar friction discs and 1 special friction disc to reduce judder.As a result, the capacity of the clutch is increased by approx. 20% compared with the conventional product, and it is applicable to high power engines.
●Slipper clutch (standard equipment) Reduces the shock of sudden engine braking when downshifting at high RPM. This reduces sudden posture changes, rear tire hopping, and load on the engine.
●Structure of slipper clutch The clutch is equipped with a special pressure plate and clutch cam. The back torque transmitted from the rear wheel is transmitted to the clutch cam, the cam of the pressure plate and the clutch cam are activated, the pressure plate is pushed down to the semi-clutch state, and the back torque is released.
●Primary driven gear Built-in rubber damper to reduce shock to gears when clutch is engaged.
