Overall - excellent quality & finish and I was very happy that the colour was close to the painted surface of the fuel-tank (Honda CB1100 Candy Glory Red).

YELLOW CORN

Yellow Corn is one of the famous apparel brand in Japan among all the riders in Japan.

Back in 80's, it was very popular for riders in East Japan area (especially Tokyo and Kanagawa Pref.) to race in the street. There are express road called "Dai san Keihin" where all the riders care about how fast they ride through 16.6km length of the express road.

Not just the single riders but so called "SRT(street racing team)" and even the motorcycle shop customize it's motorcycle to make the legend. Among those motorcycle shop, there was a Yellow Corn, the apparel manufacture. Yellow Corn derives from Yellow(dangerous) Corn(worrier).

Their machine have the legend that they have drove through 16.6km filled with other cars in 4min.

Beginning of 90's, they started competing in drug racing where they name their machine, SLEDGE HAMMER. This comes to the design of the jacket and pants of today. SLEDGE HAMMER broke record of all kinds of drag racing and also started to participate on even AMA DRAG BIKE series and Orient Express Racing from 2010.

You will see lot of SLEDGE HAMMER and RECORD BREAKER in their apparels, but it is not just a log or lie, they actually do deserve to have that word on their product.

Regardless to the words, their apparels are showy and cool.
